Our Mystery Shoppers and Field Evaluators conduct structured, scenario based assessments across hospitality and service environments.
This is not casual reviewing.
It is controlled evaluation.
You will be responsible for:
· Following defined evaluation frameworks
· Observing service delivery with accuracy
· Documenting behavioural detail objectively
· Submitting structured, high quality reports
· Maintaining strict confidentiality at all times
